中科院手性環氧氯丙烷產業化取得重大進展

從中國科學院獲悉,5月30日,中科院上海有機化學研究(jiu)所與舒(shu)蘭市金馬化工(gong)(gong)有限公(gong)司合作的'手(shou)性(xing)環氧氯(lv)丙烷藥(yao)物關鍵(jian)中間(jian)體(ti)新一代制造工(gong)(gong)藝及(ji)工(gong)(gong)業生(sheng)產(chan)技(ji)術'通過由(you)中科院長春分院、吉林(lin)省(sheng)(sheng)財政廳和吉林(lin)省(sheng)(sheng)科技(ji)廳聯合組織的項目驗收。專家一致認為:'手(shou)性(xing)環氧氯(lv)丙烷藥(yao)物關鍵(jian)中間(jian)體(ti)新一代制造工(gong)(gong)藝及(ji)工(gong)(gong)業生(sheng)產(chan)技(ji)術具有自主知(zhi)識產(chan)權,達到國際先進(jin)水平'。
該技(ji)(ji)術的(de)(de)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)活性(xing)比通用(yong)的(de)(de)Jacobsen Salen-Co催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)高(gao)1-2個(ge)數量級,實(shi)(shi)施后工(gong)業生產(chan)(chan)(chan)1噸(dun)光(guang)(guang)(guang)學(xue)純環(huan)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氯(lv)丙(bing)烷的(de)(de)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)用(yong)量由(you)原(yuan)來的(de)(de)25公斤(jin)降(jiang)(jiang)為0.8公斤(jin),生產(chan)(chan)(chan)1噸(dun)光(guang)(guang)(guang)學(xue)純環(huan)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氯(lv)丙(bing)烷產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)消耗由(you)2500元(yuan)(yuan)降(jiang)(jiang)為850元(yuan)(yuan)。由(you)于(yu)新(xin)(xin)技(ji)(ji)術催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)用(yong)量大幅(fu)減(jian)少,為產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)分離帶來了極(ji)大方(fang)便;光(guang)(guang)(guang)學(xue)純環(huan)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氯(lv)丙(bing)烷收率(lv)達到47%以上,比使用(yong)原(yuan)有(you)技(ji)(ji)術的(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)(chan)率(lv)提(ti)高(gao)3-4%;另外,新(xin)(xin)技(ji)(ji)術中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)副產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)氯(lv)甘油直接作為原(yuan)料提(ti)供給企業進(jin)行進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)轉化(hua)(hua)(hua),因此整個(ge)工(gong)藝幾乎(hu)沒有(you)廢物排放。由(you)于(yu)采用(yong)新(xin)(xin)技(ji)(ji)術精制效率(lv)提(ti)高(gao),在同(tong)樣的(de)(de)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong),月產(chan)(chan)(chan)能(neng)從50噸(dun)提(ti)高(gao)到120噸(dun),生產(chan)(chan)(chan)效率(lv)大幅(fu)提(ti)升,噸(dun)光(guang)(guang)(guang)學(xue)純環(huan)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氯(lv)丙(bing)烷產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)的(de)(de)能(neng)耗降(jiang)(jiang)低30%以上。催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)合成成本(ben)比預期(qi)下降(jiang)(jiang)36%,并(bing)可根據市場實(shi)(shi)際需求(qiu),隨時調整催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)產(chan)(chan)(chan)量,手(shou)性(xing)環(huan)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氯(lv)丙(bing)烷生產(chan)(chan)(chan)成本(ben)下降(jiang)(jiang)25%。新(xin)(xin)技(ji)(ji)術工(gong)業化(hua)(hua)(hua)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)質量穩定,手(shou)性(xing)環(huan)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氯(lv)丙(bing)烷產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)的(de)(de)化(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)純度>99%,光(guang)(guang)(guang)學(xue)純度>99%ee,完全達到技(ji)(ji)術指(zhi)標(biao)要求(qiu)。
該項目(mu)通過(guo)2年(nian)多的(de)實施(shi),舒(shu)蘭市金(jin)馬化工有(you)限公(gong)司所生產的(de)手性環(huan)氧氯丙烷產品國內市場占(zhan)有(you)率幾乎達到100%,完全擺脫了國外技(ji)術壟(long)斷,創造產值8600萬元,利稅1290萬元。以手性環(huan)氧氯丙烷的(de)開發(fa)生產為起(qi)點,上海(hai)有(you)機所團隊還將延續產品產業鏈的(de)研發(fa),開發(fa)生具(ju)有(you)高附加值的(de)醫藥中間體和原料藥。
